This is a Marlin 1894C (.357/.38 caliber) made in North Haven, CT. It is JM stamped. S/N is 9204xxxx, so it was made in 2008. Round count is low, as I rarely shoot it, which is why I am selling it.
Cosmetically, it's in great shape. The wood has no chips or cracks. The metal has a few scratches from normal use, but nothing egregious. The bore is bright and shiny.
I replaced the stock trigger with a Wild West trigger, but the original trigger will be included. I also replaced the original front sight with a Williams Firesight fiber optic sight, but the original front sight will be included.
A two-piece scope base (both pieces marked 336) and a manual are also included.
Like many pistol-caliber lever actions, it has its ammo preferences as far as feeding. Some experimentation may be required.
Asking $875 shipped to your FFL, anywhere in the Continental US. Payment by USPS money order. No trades. If you want additional photos or have any questions, PM me with your email address and I will send them.
