      My Paternal Grandmother was 100% Cherokee Indian. I've been told I qualify for Native American Status. ?? .. I've never considered it, and wouldn't know where to apply, or how to prove it. No official paperwork in the family as to her Tribal (Mississippi) affiliation.

      Would someone, preferably an FFL holder, with absolute knowledge please weigh in. It is legal for a Florida resident to buy a long gun from an Alabama FFL dealer. Is it legal to conduct a private long gun sale between a resident of Florida and a resident of Alabama? Thanks!
