I gotta keep my Python, it was the paw-in-laws. I am anxious to know how that Les Bear shoots. I had the eyeballs on that one too. Let me know if they are worth the money. I might have to jump on that one when you get tired of it.
I remember some of the Dan Wesson wheel guns of the early 80's that came with a complete set of interchangeable barrels. They were fairly cheap back then compared to what they bring today. Today they cost as much as a Python. There is a nice one on Gun Brokers now for $1700.00
Dan, I have been itching since you posted it, but today after you dropped the price, I really had to restrain myself. If Wayne didn't intervene when he did, I would have had to scratch the itch.
Thanks Wayne, I have been contemplating on this all afternoon. I have been trying to hold out for a new shotgun, but this deal was making my finger itch. Congrats, nice piece!
If it is a fixed choke, it should be stamped on the barrel. Or does it have a screw in choke at the muzzle? The screw in choke should have it stamped on it. You would be able to see it if the choke tube was removed. It's kind of a long drive just to look.
