      Just the round knob is delrin. I am pressing it over a tool steel pin that fits the slide.       I am in the same boat. I have a trs-25 but it is too small for the Beretta. I think you a least need a 32mm red dot. I have heard some good things of them cheap BSA's as long as the paint will stay on them.

      That is the problem I have on the lathe I ran those on. My slide has a .257 hole and that was what I was shooting for but you can only do so much. Plus with the boss only being less than a 1/4" anything small will be sloppy. The run I make will be on a cnc so those problems will go away. I just...
