      Wow just saw Dante's update, great job man, really incredible progress! I'm still doing my thing. I've doubled my daily pushups to 2 sets of 50 each morning, added a pullup bar which I can only do about 15 of right now, and put in 80.66 miles last month. I keep saying I'm going to run 100...

      Looks awesome, where'd you find the FDE grips? I've never had any failures with the SRT / Wolff 17lb spring, greatly improved the trigger for me.

      That only comes into play for me when we get down in the 20's, which is rare around here... to me perfect running weather is in the mid 40's. Not too cold to wear shorts, Don't quite need gloves, just right!

      Good job Brant! I did 3 with a friend at about a 7:50 and then 2.8 on a "run date" at about a 9:00, good easy runs to do in this heat and humidity.

      Ok then ok... Married life had me eating fast food, ice cream, chips, candy and junk food in October '14 I was ~195 pounds and I'm 6'2" (no pic). Lost ~10 pounds "I want a divorce" weight. After losing some weight due to stress and deciding that I should capitalize on the stress weight loss...
