      Well, darn. I find something I like and now I have to wait a month to shoot again, Where is the next closet IDPA match this month? (I don't do rifle)

      So, after 2 b/o AND a price increase on the S&A magwell, I took your advice, Dan, and bought a WC. Saturday was fit/install day for that on the Rock. After Easter family reunion today it will be range time. And then tonight will be loading time to restock from all the shooting!! Lol Thanks for...

      Consider it an open invitation for you guys. Sunday mornings are normally my ballistics 101 times, but whenever you guys can make it, just give me a heads up a day or so in advance.

      Dan, you should grab some of the guys and head up to Brewton...my berm needs a lead infusion and I need help doing it!! Lol That looks like it would insert lead nicely!!

      Well, TODAY so far I have mic'd the Rock Island to see where it needs work, then stripped it to get started. That will be a nightly project. Still pumped from shooting yesterday, so prob go to range with the 1911 45 and shoot some steel.

      I have a Smith and Alexander ordered. It just didnt make it in time. Also I have a Wilson extended thumb safety I have to fit. Remember, I wasnt planning to shoot but SOMEBODY insisted! Lol

      Lol...I totally understand that the single bay changed things. No problem here. That was the first time in 26 years I have shot on a timer, so maybe next time I will be a bit smoother. Lol Already planning more mods on the 1911. Haha. I am excited, Dan.

      I just wanted to thank everyone for a well run and enjoyable day! Thanks Dan for convincing me to shoot instead of just watch. I tried to meet as many of you guys as possible, and I look forward to the next match. I plan on becoming a regular, and thanks again for making a newbie feel welcome.

      I may do that. I haven't shot IDPA before, but I have seen quite a bit online and on tv. I will definitely say hello, and I will be the big "very little hair" guy. Lol

      Thanks Dan. I am wanting to start shooting the IDPA matches there and wanted to come tomorrow to observe so I can be prepared. Will there be multiple bays going and do you recommend a certain bay to watch?
