      Need a bit ratchet and come at it from the side. The heads on mine are tiny. But still may be tight.

      Or Hall's Hardware. These guys are helpful if you can better access the screw head, but glad you got it.

      Fill it with some JB Weld with a bit in it and weld the two together. Build it up onto the sides of the bit. Let it set up good.
