      Class 3 classification is for short barreled rifles, full auto and things of that sort. If that be the case then you would need a tax stamp for it. Ask the dealer you are looking at buying from they should give you the details.

      I may be mistaken but I believe that mod changes the handgun to a class 3 classification.
