I have never reloaded a Belted cartridge before. It head spaces on the belt I believe. I have once fired brass, from the same rifle I'm loading for. Can I get by with neck sizing and trimming, or should I go with a full length resize?
Any suggested loads in a 140 or 150?

Wouldn't the proper procedure be annotated in any reliable reloading manual?

Any answer I gave would simply be a guess, and it's not a good idea to load your rifle with cartridges based on guesswork.

For the same rifle it was fired in , neck sizing should work just fine . That’s what I do with most bolt action rifles I hunt with .

I have looked through the reloading manuals I have, RCBS, Hornady, Serria, and Lyman. None of them cover Belted Magnums specifically. They do cover head spacing on the shoulder but not the Belt.
Thanks FLT for the answer, that's what I thought.

Cases will last longer if you full length resize just enough for case to chamber & headspace on shoulder . Just like neck sizing but also bumping shoulder back a tad .001 - .002" .
