Looking to cut the tang off my WASR to add a MI 1913 rail and Alpha stock. Gonna put all their Alpha furniture on but don’t like that 1913 tang adapter they have, doesn’t look as clean.

Anyways, I’m not too mechanical (and don’t even own a dremel/file). I know I’ll need to get some cold blue as well to touch up the exposed metal after filing.

Any shops around here (or individuals) you guys know of or would be willing to do it? I’d happily pay you plus a case of beer, whatever it’s worth.

    Thanks in advance!

If'n I was closer, I'd do it for free. I work 12hr nights every weekend doing industrial maintenance. Saturdays I'm usually alone, boss gives me that one, because Sundays, I have to start the entire plant.
Everyone I work with brings me their guns to fix, clean, modify... I have access to a full machine shop, we have small rotary tools too.
