CA "Assault Weapon" Ban to include "Other"

Don't know if this has been brought up but coming from CA, I find this hilariously stupid. Alleged backstory is that Franklin Armory (based in NV) began manufacturing firearms in the "other" category, ie not pistol, rifle or shotgun (don't know how that quite works) and CA gov't is now enacting emergency legislation by 1 July 2020 to include those firearms. 7-pg bill is included with changes noted. Talk about overreach...

CA is probably targeting the Reformation (has "straight" lands/grooves" from FA and likely Rem Tac14/V3 and Mossy Shockwave and Black Aces shorty 12 ga "firearms" among others.
