We do our own. You don't always get "your" meat. Do you really want Bubbas meat that was in the cooler for 3 days? With or without ice? Ymmv.

This^^^^^^ I’d rather pay to have it cut and wrapped but I know for sure I didn’t always get my deer back. One of the guys in my circle of friends grinds my burger for me but the rest I do myself .

That's a thing? One would assume that with a smaller "mom and pop" enterprise that quality controls would be more stringent. Or is it an intentional thing?

i doublechecked with the butcher shoppe over by the airport in pensacola. they DO deer processing.
