The purist in me says that the AK should stay the way Mikhail made it, rough, roughed and full of power, nothing dressed up and fancy. Even the ones that are wearing your Grandpappy's old fake paneling. You want fancy get a AR. I bet the old man is flipping over in his grave saying WTF!!!!

I don't think it will replace the original, just thought version 2 might be something neat to play with. I love my AK like it is. Just thought it was "news".

I'm not trying to jack the thread, I just wonder why they waited till the OG is in his grave before the decided to "fancy it Up". It is "news" for the Black rifle dress up my AK with unnecessary, unneeded, useless crapp types.....
