I found this in Foley one day at Walmart, they happen to bring 2 of these out of the back room where it had been hiding under something for over 10 years or so. Got it for list price back then less 10% cause it had a scratch. Should have bought both.

How do you like the holosun on there? Ive been wanting to try one. I have the Magpul block mount out front I was going to mount it on. Romeo dot just looks odd on these.

Like RidgeRunner, I too found this beauty at a Wal*Mart…the old Milton Wal*Mart when it was closing in the late 90’s, just before they moved it to Pace (thanks to f***ing convict Guy Thompson), I think I paid around $125 NIB and this Manlicher composite stock at the time was a Wal*Mart only special…it’s never been shot

What kind of accuracy can you get out of a 10/22? I have a friend that has one but seeing the mag problem feeding issues kept me away. I think he had some aftermarket mags that were a problem

Ruger 10/22 mags are the most reliable. I believe that's what makes the gun so popular. OEM mags that is.

Not exactly a Ruger, but a Brownells Brn-22 railed receiver and other aftermarket 10/22 parts. The only Ruger part it has is the mag. But it'll put all 10 shots under a dime at 50 yds.

Nice , I have almost that same set up too. The short one has a triangle cut barrel., stainless is fluted.
Kidd trigger in one and a Brimstone in other,. Both are nice, hard to tell the difference. But like you said, they aren't really Ruger's anymore.

Tossed on a Romeo zero I had laying around. Not sure how I'll like the height with the mount but it has a nice window to also use the factory front sight.
