Good morning. I screwed up last night. I was priming some 45 auto brass in preparation to load some rounds this morning, and I accidentally used the small primer rod on my rcbs hand held priming tool. Only did a hundred so its not the end of the world but my question...has anyone done this and will they still fire?

I haven't done that.....but I guarantee if they are seated properly just below flush, and didn't detonate when you pressed in, you'll be fine!

i loaded a primed brass into my gun and pulled the trigger in the backyard and it went pop. i was worried it would sound like a gun shot but my wife was doing laundry near the back door and said she didnt hear it
