I am looking to build a small homestead. I would want the property to be high and dry, have access to water, and be zoned residential/agricultural.
I would like the property to be fairly isolated from the main road, dirt access only is okay.
I will be using the land to raise my family, as well as a small assortment of livestock and crops.
I am not able to afford top dollar nor do I want to involve bank financing. I would want to pay the owner directly.
The property would not be used to accumulate cars, appliances, trailers, trash, or the like. I personally like a tidy yard with appropriate out buildings for equipment.
