How very un-American. This hero is a political prisoner. If Christie is smart and wants to try and get the gun vote in 2016 he needs to pardon him ASAP.

So it's legal to own a gun in New Jersey but you can't travel off your property with it?

Can someone explain that to me? I am enraged by this.

    Wow,,,,, that is unbelievable!!!!!!

Not for New Jersey. Did you know that it is illegal for you to pump your own gasoline in NJ? There is no such thing as a self service gasoline pump. A restaurant cannot serve you eggs any way other than fully cooked in NJ. Forget over easy or sunny side up. Just like you can't buy a Big Gulp in NYC.

That is absolutely outrageous and unconstitutional. No criminal record, former military service, and former police officer and this guy is sentenced to jail for 5 years for something that is legal in almost every other state in the union. There should be attention brought to this and national outrage. Can't believe I haven't heard of this before. Truly truly disturbing story.

I understand guitar cases are very popular in NJ among non-musicians. A case made for a full size acoustic guitar will carry an AR nicely.
