FOX news reports that VP Biden said that Obama is prepared to implement the recommendations of his gun grab group by Executive order and will not need congressional approval.

Doing it this way will eliminate the need for Dems to Vote for it and jeopardize their future elect ability.

After implementation I'm sure it will get to the Supreme Court. They went with ObamaCare when most people thought it would loose. The Court can still backup the prior 2nd Amendment decision and allow restrictions as to "what is allowed".

Panic buy tidal wave #3 begins today. If you sold it to make a buck and planned to get another after prices dropped: you will be shit out of luck.

Yeah he has always held this on the table since banning guns would be hard to do through Congress. He will take his chances w the Supreme Court and hopes he gets an appointment prior to it getting there. Infringement on Citizens rights is his aim as has been every Socialist/Marxist leader the world has ever known.
