I have collected Randall’s and Ed Martins over the years (for all the good it has done me) If it had not been sharpened you would get what you are asking for it. I’m not trying to lowball you or put in an offer but the knife is now a user and you can probably get its catalog price. The ones that can pull higher prices with user wear will have gen 1 stamps, providence and typically be an off catalog order. It’s a ridiculously complicated niche corner of knife collecting that will provide you no benefit and compel you to that buy things you can’t use for fear of destroying their value. No offense meant, just putting it out there.
