I have hand processed 300 blackout brass available. I'm retired and work the brass by hand myself. So each piece is inspected several times. Brass is culled from 223 brass to only use heads stamps like sig, lake city and pmc (most cases are lake city and pmc) to ensure case walls of 0.011" to 0.012" are selected.
My process includes initial cleaning, then trim, forming, Decapping, deburr and size to 1.368 using Lyman deburr and jig. Once complete they are then swaged and run through a final polish in walnut with a bit of Lucas oil polish to protect the cases.
I use these cases in a 16" 300 blk AR shooting to 500 yards. I've run several thousand of these cases myself with 0 case failures.
