Remington 552 Speedmaster

There's been a lot of talk about 22 rifles on here as of late, just like to remind everybody about a model that hadn't got much press. The Remington 552 Speedmaster. it'll shoot shorts long the long rifles very easy to disassemble and clean very accurate and reliable

My cousin used to tote one when we were squirrel hunting. I see one for sale every now and then but not often.

I agree with Mr. Pace, at one time I had 4 Speedmaster rifles , still have 2, one is a BDL new in the box. One of the most versatile 22's ever made, I won the first rimfire match I was ever in with a Speedmaster and there were a lot of bolt action and other semi-auto there as well. Everybody should have at least one.

I bought my first Speedmaster used in 1978 since then I have owned literally hundreds( this is not an exaggeration I presently own about 55 22 rifles) of 22 rifles but I have never been without a Speedmaster.
