I think I spotted Sawman way way way way back there in the caravan, must have been almost the 4th car from the lead car which would put him next to last, but I couldn't make a positive ID. It did sound like his siren though.

I was told by a reliable source that there is no such person & that the account actually belongs to a secret agent from one of the secret ABC agencies who monitors the traffic on this forum for evidence of ammo price gouging during this horrible pandemic.
