Picked it up today. WOW. I'll be testing it on, P17, 15-22P, savage sv/sr bolt and cmr 30.
The P17 will run now on the bulk federal 40gr (1200fps) auto match. It WOULD not before.(after optic and plate added)
Testing in the full standard configuration at first. Then on to the short, medium and rifle configuration. Pew!!
*** it did not include the spacer needed for longer threads, like the 15-22P. Emailed about it, already. Using 2 crush washers for now.

Had a blast today. Shot the 15-22 pistol till it started having cycling issues, very filthy. Shot every type of ammo I had. Very quiet. Cci quiet would not cycle in the semi autos. In the bolt gun the firing pin was louder.
Did not notice a poi shift. @25 yards.

22 mag was quieter, took the crack off Which is nice. Need to test the rifle baffle configuration and see if it makes any difference.

Cheap auto match worked good in all. Did notice in the 8 inch 15-22p it's louder than the p17 or p22. The bolt gun was way louder. 16 inch. Was actually upset until I remembered, longer barrel, more burn.

Cci SV is good n quiet, but the segmented was quiter and cycled as well as the 42gr win subs.
More playing tomm. My testers are ready. Actually quite motivated today.

Cci quiet 750fps will cycle in the 8 inch 15-22p BUT won't cock the hammer, dang it. Long configuration. I'll try it again after a super clean, lube on the receiver.
** can makes more gas on the action. Noticed while firing the CMR30.

Small amount of first rd pop. Hardly noticeable. No bs. Aguilar is subsonic, just popped 5 rds off my porch. Nobody heard it, lol. Haven't tried the monarch yet.
Picked up an ultrasonic cleaner and simple green. Gonna do 10:1 mix.

Shooting in the short config. I like it, knocks the crack off and is still pleasant. ** with HV ammo. **
Lighter and more manuverable. Would be good for dog walking, with enough bang to run off loose dogs.
Line the dots up and click together.
This thing is pretty awsome BTW. Love it.

Supposed to work well on the rifle too in the short config. We will see. Kinda ticks me off that the PMR30 is not recommended for a can. * may have to move it out for something that will.
Impressed by how well the P17 has done.

Short configuration was gtg.Short. my dog walking setup now. Now testing medium configuration. Much softer report than the short. No bleeding eardrums from the HV.

Duh, had it configured wrong. Baffles out of order. Much better now. I also got the part they forgot to put in the box. Thread spacer.

Using the medium can. Shooting, aqulia, monarch and federal cphp. Cphp is just a tad louder. Seems like they were all subsonic. Not much bang. I like it. Now to test on the 8 inch 15-22p.

Medium config. Quick blast. Cci, aqulia, monarch. Clear winner the cci standard. Just hearing bolt thump and ping for the most part. Looking like ammo that runs 1050 or so works in the 8 inch barrel. Tried quiet, nope. M22 made it crack. Still not bad but was louder.
Tried 40gr bulk auto match, a bit louder, then for fun tried a stinger, wow. Echo loud.
Tried the bulk in the P17. More of a thump noise. Pretty good.

So far enjoying the modularity of it. Works to knock down the sound very well. Short and medium. Need to try the rifle optimized next an see. The full can size is the best for maximum db reduction. Always good to have options.

Been running this on my cmr30 as well. 22 mag. Shot it tonight at a frozen water bottle, 0 hits at +100. Ill check it tomorrow. Thought i had it dialed in ??? May be an poi issue with the can? Getting a shitload of gas out the ejection port. Left handed. May have to take it off. Does quiet it down a good bit though. May need to try it in rifle optimized configuration. Maybe? It will quiet it down more?

Zeroed .22 using standard velocity @100. Can hit 20 oz power aid bottle and steel target 4 inch. Bullet punches thru water filled bottle. Had to adjust scope up 24 inches, lol. Warmed up the rifle is accurate, don't know about cold bore though, hard to test today.
Have to check zero on 22 mag CMR30 at night.

Been shooting the p17 alot with standard velocity cci. Big fun.
Still trying to decide if the juice is worth the squeeze on the can business. Just hate losing power shooting low vel ammo. Hunting. Can't see the value in getting a 30 cal can or 5.56 can if I have to dumb it down. Again, hunting or sd.

My experience with my 30 cal can is great, 308 is fun to shoot and even shooting subsonic it easily will kill a deer with the correct bullet placement. I am no longer a member of a hunting club so when I get an invite I only shoot doe. A shot out to 200 yds is doable so I only take head shots, if I miss oh well! So don’t get discouraged by what the 22 can do. I do not have a 556 can and don’t really want one, but if you get the right 30 cal can most are multi caliber . I have to add that 6.5 Creed is surprisingly quiet even using supersonic ammo through my can .

The cheap armscor 22 works great. Just a shade louder than the cci standard and about $2 a box cheaper. I can live with that for more pews! * in the pistol.
    The rifle is louder.
Rossi lever gun is a blast. 0 at 75. Shot at 25. 4x scope. Circles on box are half dollar size.
