It’s like the Chevron decision being over turned …. or Roe.
It’s the job of the courts to interpret the law, not make the law. But it also takes years to get that interpretation. It only takes one administration to do serious damage.

So every four years you get fresh wounds. Both parties have done it. You can’t just point to who is renting the WH now and who was the past tenant….the American taxpayers get screwed no matter who it is.
