I've been to NY and VT once, both times right up to the Canadian border. It was kind of creepy to me. Especially when you're on the NY Expressway or whatever they call it. Fenced in, strict exit and entry points, state mandated shopping areas. Guess I'm just used to living down here and going where I want.

New a guy that drove 18 wheeler and made a trip into Canada with a cut down double barrel in the cab. He ended up with an extended vacation up there. Think they left him out after two years. They dont play games up there.
