No that is steel, brother in law has bought a bunch before, his bushmaster eats them up.

madeSICC88 is correct it is steel cased , all my uppers shoot them very well and never had any issues out of them. This stuff usually goes for between $170-190 when they got it in stock.

BTT. Just left the range and shot 300 rounds of this stuff with no issues.
