Needs a water line fixed underneath, needs heaters and hot water checked out, needs some trim work finished, comes with queen bed, ac, microwave,
Tires are old but made a 50 mile trip yesterday no issues.
Ceiling been re done roof been re sealed hard wood floor put down, sub floor replaced .
