2 Rifles and 1 Shotgun For Sale . . Cantonment

Selling these for my next door neighbor. Needs more room in his safe. Just wants them gone.
#1. Mossberg 12ga 500. 24" VR Accuchoke bbl. Comes with Mod. Not pretty but good shooter. Estimate about 85%. $150.
#2. Custom built 7X57 Mauser. Great stock. Floated bbl. 22" bbl (~). Comes with two boxes of factory ammo. Good condition. 4-12 Nikon w/ BDC. EGW base. $250.
#3. Savage Mod. 110. 30-06 Springfield. 24" bbl Nikon 4-12X40 w/ BDC . . WEAVER base and unknown rings. Look like Burris but NO markings. Scope is a FFP three turret with lighted retical. But caution - -> IMO the scope is messed up. Rifle in good condition. $250.
All these guns need oil and cleaning. Never shot any of them. If interested,they will be available for view at my house in Cantonment. These weapons are sold "as is". Prices are FIRM. FTF only at my house in Cantonment. NO TRADES. ---- SAWMAN

Trying to find out more about the 7mm now. The seller is not really a "gun guy" but will get with him when he gets back home in a couple of hours. He did say that it was "built by Montana Rifle Works or Company"

I most likely will end of listing several more guns for him also.
Doing this for grouper,AJ,Mahi,etc. and told him " low prices so they will move". Don't want this to be a long,involved project for me.
People need to take a look at the 30-06. Savage 110 action. Aftermarket stock. Floated bbl. EGW scope rail. Good "enough" condition.
And . . . Damn near boght that Mauser for myself. The scope alone is worth $125. --- SAWMAN

Ya know, if someone wanted another caliber, like 243, all you need to buy is a barrel, and find some go/ no go gauges. Some other calibers might also require a new bolt head. At least that is my uninformed understanding.

Might be a very good base for a project. Hmmm...

Sawman, is there room in the stock for a "bull" barrel?

The Savage 110 action has been the start to MANY guns that shined in the accuracy,speed,and long range hunting/target department. Like stated,a re-barrel is a do it yourself project with a little help from the internet.
The boltface is probably the most common out there. The long action will handle a large variety of chamberings.
The stock will not handle a "full bull" (1.00") but I believe that it will handle a "heavy varmint" (.850") contour. Possibly the fwd bbl channel would need to be opened a little.
I will see if the owner will come down a little on price. The scope is (IMO) trash. Rings and base are good though. ---- SAWMAN
