I'm not saying I do this but, there is such a thing as the " DEEP WEB" on the internet and it makes up roughly 80% of the whole web. You need to install a browser called the " Tor" browser. It allows you to not only surf the deep web and normal web with total anonimity but you can also buy things and communicate on forums with out dear of being monitored and put on some " List " Just FYI, if anyone wants to know whats REALLY being talked about on this topic.
