I could be telling you wrong but you should be able pick it up. Only handguns have to be transferred across state lines. I live in FL and buy long guns from Styx River all the time and can walk out with them

I had something come up and have to withdraw my request for the 1 lower. I'll change my original post to reflect this. From the looks of it I don't think you'll have any trouble finding a new home for it!

Just ran into this last weekend. You can't buy a receiver across state lines, since it can be constructed as a pistol or rifle.
That's what I wasn't sure about, makes sense though.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. I sent a PM to 2ndammendment to get help in figuring out how to do the buy and transfer.
Just FYI, Styx River Shooting Center does multiple transfers @ $10 each, which is very reasonable in comparison to what I found while shopping around.
They actually transferred all 20 lowers that I got last week for $35 OTD! But apparently that was a one time deal...

These are ready for pickup M-F 9-4 and some Sundays (please make appt) 10-12. I might be at the FWB gun show (not sure) so could do some there also. We are running low on 4473's so I ask if you could please print and complete before coming in it would speed up things and help us save on forms while we wait 800 years for ATF to ship some LOL
also if anyone wants to pay in silver eagles or $2 bills it would be welcomed

My Fed-Ex will be in Tues, what time do you typically take delivery?
depends on the driver and which service they use. If it comes from Crestview, normally before noon. If it comes from Fort Walton, it could be 830 it could be 630. UPS is the only guarantee between 12-2 every day.
