Not too much for a safe. Me and wife loaded it at academy and unloaded it here. It’s light enough to move around but heavy enough you don’t have to worry about a burglar carrying it off!!

not sure. It came together and I’ve never had any reason to take it apart.

They usually have a bearing at the bottom of each hinge and when you pull it up it comes off and make 2 trips of half the weight if going up stairs
