Interesting. Anyone know if it's possible to put a fore grip/end on these?

VFG - no. I've heard people say they contacted ATF and they said the AFG was okay. I'd want to verify that myself before I even considered that. And have proof.

Wrong! Please read the info at the links. That is why I put it there so there would be CORRECT INFO. Regret derail.

First link says: If you do this it is an AOW. AOW are a NFA AOW's must be reg VIA NFA Prior to being built.
Second link shows that ATF has previously approved "forward hand grips AND Angled Fore Grips on handguns.

I meant just a hand guard, for looks. It seems that most AR pistols come with them these days, just wasn't sure if ones are made to fit this model. I know vertical ones change the gun.

looks as though you could. remove the barrel nut thingy this one has and install a rail and its accompanying barrel nut. Unless that upper receiver is a proprietary design, it should be "mil-spec" and able to accept any fore-end you wish.

edit: looking again, it looks to be a proprietary design in that there is no top rail and the pistol sights are necessary as you can not install a red dot or even iron sights to this pistol. I say if you like it, leave it as it is...which is super unique and quite cool. If you want something you can make all tactical and stuff, start with a different one.
