Looks like PSA has a complete upper, BCG and charging handle included (very basic upper) for $169.99 shipped. That’s a deal. Not bad if you want an extra completed upper around. They usually have their completed lowers for around $140. A completed rifle for $310 plus transfer fee (call it $350) isn’t too shabby.
