Don't be scared to leave it in quality hands. Like jw said they have digital meters that know the exact mil of the finish. A paint correction and ceramic service would have it looking like a new paint job, not to mention keeping it looking like they for years if it's garage kept. Look at spending 1000-1500 though.I wanna do my Pace Car, however it has 42 year old paint and it's thin in a few spots....I've been on the fence for a few years now....
Not them guys haha there are some in the group that do when you're ready to fully embrace that wardrobe.Yeah it was cool to meet some "vette guys" and I don't think anyone has New Balances or jorts on! Lol
C5 Z06 is a 50/50 car.Corvette has had 50/50 weight distribution since the C6 , cab forward is the C8 designated reference. You can’t improve on 50/50 weight distribution with out all wheel drive , in my non professional opinion.
Nice C5, are those the magnesium wheels?
It's a Monte ss or conversion. I like the Buicks as well.Almost looks like a BUICK GRAND NATIONAL,but do not see the emblem.
Rather have one of those than a Vette. ---- SAWMAN
You keep posting that it's making me want to go back up there haha. Fun drive up there.
Those look like them, only came in 17x8 I believe.Nice C5, are those the magnesium wheels?
Factory Monte Carlo SS, with a few upgrades. Pretty much a light Pro-Touring build.Almost looks like a BUICK GRAND NATIONAL,but do not see the emblem.

Yes, factory mags, light as a feather, 17s on the front, 18s on the rear. That's the way they came.Nice C5, are those the magnesium wheels?
Originally had cheesy aftermarket Z06 wheels, sold them and found factory mags for $300, wanted the polished aluminum like the sticker but couldn't resist the price. That's right, direct replacement for the C5 coupe factory size..been a while since I've seen them.
