Duck hunting in WMA

As I understand it from reading the brochure you can hunt in a wma if it's not posted "no hunting" as well as without a quota outside of quota dates, right? Couple of buddies are looking at duck hunting between quotas during general duck and we're 90% sure we're in the clear per the verbage but we'd like to make sure we're right.
