Being a veteran has its perks. Appointment took two weeks, walked in with DD214, they scanned it into the system, I filled out the online questionnaire. They took my picture and 10 minutes later I walked out the door with the card.

Just a day shy of 8 weeks, with 55 total days processing time from tax office in Molino, FL!

Ironically I just returned from a long distance road trip an hour ago and it just showed up! I always wished I had it on these. Well... I'll be safer next time.

I see your point. I started mine beginning of Nov 2020 after my Louisiana permit expired. Sad thing is though I have been in the Florida system for over 2 years because I have a D license. You would figure it wouldn't be that hard to verify my credentials....again after the first time being approved.
