It's mainly disruptions of the supply chain due to winter storms, and diesel shortages. So far there's still plenty of food but it's having a harder time moving. Since dementia joe caused a big spike in fuel prices, shipping prices rose too since we ain't gonna operate at a loss, and the whole thing hasn't balanced itself out.
We kept the shelves mostly stocked during the worst of 2020, and back then the disruption was much worse, to the point of causing shortages. So far I'm confident this is just quirks on the chain being worked out
