Thanks guys, any day now the federal ammo for the 6.8 will be released, I am excited!! The 6.8 is the best AR round for hunting, very flexible and deadly! We are now the second fastest growing caliber in the AR world behind the 223/556!

By the way this is a soft recoil rifle even though it is 70/80% of a 308. One of our lease members lets his son hunt with his 6.8 at 9 he took his first deer at our lease with it. Also i did a Wounded Warrior build last year in 6.8 for one of our members and his son also took a deer with his. With the variety of deadly ammo out there you can choose your poison for the animal you are hunting. Out west they have taken Mulies and Elk with the 6.8!
