Maybe some of the people buying up all the ammo will order the targets and sell them with the ammo.

My sister found me 3 boxes of CCI at a Walmart in Panama City a couple of months ago. I think they are still in the bag at home. Hope the receipt is in there. Thanks for posting.

I have plenty of CCI I bought pre-panic, so I haven't been looking.
Now, if I could only find a receipt.
