Kinda like a passage from my long-festering (40 years!) geopolitical-thriller novel:

The S has HTF, and the local leader has everyone lined up so he can assess what specialties each might best be tasked with. He gets to an old, dried up guy that is clearly well into his nineties... at least... and asks if he has any specialized talents. The old man replies:

"Well, I have done some carpentary work in the past."

The local leader says "You mean carpentry."

The old man responds "Nope... carpentary."

They stare at each other for a few seconds, then the old man says:

"I was nailing the secretary."

The leader says "OK, so you're our comedian... now, get outta here!" as he slaps the old man on the back of the head. : )
