Seems like the problem is vtgoats connection or service provider. If he is using an out of connection from another time Zone it may reflect that time. Attitude check: small things should not impact anyone so heavily.
The server records the post received time and displays that time corrected to what ever time YOU set in your "Settings".

No ammo came in again last night at Wally in GB. It's been a pitiful week for ammo. Nothing to speak of in terms of handgun ammo.

Only shot shell delivery at Wally GB last night. That makes 3 days in the last week with either no ammo at all or no handgun/.223/.22 ammo. I had begun to hope that the ammo supply was improving. Not at Wally GB!
