I don’t know if I need corn, the deer are eating all my grapes and the pears that are less than 9 feet high.

I still have feeders that are throwing corn but it’s mostly turkeys that are eating it.

We feed a soybean and protein pellet mix the turkeys still eat it but the deer are usually waiting for the feeders to go off as well.

I need to plant some azaleas where I hunt, no kidding. They keep my wife’s azaleas eat down here at the house. Been saying for years I’m going to plant some around the edge of food plots. Read up on the matter years ago and honeysuckles and azaleas are in the same plant grouping if I remember correctly. I’m not pulling ya’lls leg !

Native azaleas deer food. Chinese azaleas not so much.

Oak leaf hydrangeas a native is like candy to deer. In wild only places it grows are steep embankments that deer can’t get too.
