    It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of being part of a forum/community like this. I've been a member of such forums in the past (generally while in college), but I hadn't found something like those since settling down here on the Emerald Coast. But now, that's changed.

    After hearing from a lot of friends and "shootin' buddies" about the Gulf Coast Gun Forum, I knew I had to check it out. I "pulled the trigger" and am ready to start getting to know the folks around here! Thanks!

    Less "blood and gore"; more "beard and gut". You grow a full beard once, and your buddy fills out the roster on bowling night, and BAM! you're "Grizzly" or "Grizz" forever.

    Hahaha! I am immediately regretting the decision to pigeon-hole myself with "Glock". I don't discriminate. I'll shoot old surplus, new hotness, rifle, shotgun, wheelgun, pistol. I love them all!

    That said, I reeeally like Glocks; enough that it's a running joke with by buds. And, I just completed a pilgramage to Smyrna and became a "GLOCK Certified Armorer". I suppose the proof is in the polymer puddin'.
