Do they help and if so which is easiest....speed is unimportant. I have a very weak right hand(arhritis) and can only get around 10 or 12 in it by myself. Will that make it easier or just faster?

I only have experience with the Uplula mag loader. they help if you want to squeeze in the last round in the magazine. it makes loading easier with less effort. not necessarily any faster.
