Depends; on where you are living, and the local ordinances and such. Noise ordinances be the easiest to violate if you are up late popping caps.

IN Florida there are no local gun laws that are enforceable anymore (except maybe noise ordinances) and most should already be gone since they can be fined for enforcing them. The state made a law that only the state can make firearms laws. You can shoot on private property if not done on the right of way, over a building or road, or in a reckless manner. Florida Stature 790.15 any person who knowingly discharges a firearm in any public place or on the right-of-way of any paved public road, highway, or street, who knowingly discharges any firearm over the right-of-way of any paved public road, highway, or street or over any occupied premises, or who recklessly or negligently discharges a firearm outdoors on any property used primarily as the site of a dwelling as defined in s. 776.013 or zoned exclusively for residential use commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
