That’s why the media and political leaders demonize and legislate against any attempt to organize the “right” in America. It’s telling of how the radical left fears a united mainstream America.

What is probably happening in this video is ballots being duplicated.

These are probably absentee or mail in ballots.

There are several reasons to duplicate ab absentee ballot.

1. There was some problem with how the ballott was marked that caused the machine to not be able to read it. This could be an erasure on the original ballot or something as simple as a stray mark - like where the viewer allowed their pen to touch another vote position or oval. This is quite common.

2. The voter could have made an error and crossed out one marked oval and marked another. This happens quite a lot too.

3. Mail ballots are folded and placed into envelopes. Sometimes the fold will cross an oval position or timing mark on the ballot. When this happens, the machine will sometimes see the folks as a potential mark. Or a fold that crosses a timing mark causes the black toner to come off and the machine will reject the ballot. Again, this is not uncommon.

4. The ballot could be damaged. There could be a tear or the ballot could have something spilled on it. You would be surprised at what some absentee ballots look like.

5. Military and overseas voters often receive ballots by email. They also often return ballots by fax. These ballots cannot be machine tabulated. They must first be duplicated onto a regular ballot form. There can be hundreds of these military ballots that need to be duplicated.

I can't speak for all states, but in Florida (and I would assume others also) ballots are generally duplicated by teams of two worker's. These are often older, retired folks or other temporary staff. Duplicated ballots are verified by the canvassing board before being tabulated.

During the duplication process, the original ballot is stamped VOID and the duplicate ballot is marked DUPLICATE. Duplicated ballots are logged and both the original and duplicate ballot are given a number that is also noted on the duplication log. It is possible, using this number, to match the duplicate and original ballots again should this become necessary.

I can understand that this could look suspicious, but it is a common and necessary process. Many things during the course of an election and even during off years might appear 'odd' to folks that don't work in elections. There same could probably be said for many businesses.
