I quartered them using toothpicks before cutting to keep 'em together, brushed with EVOO, seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper before grilling them. They were very good.

I've had some excellent motel room meals. Stayed in one in NOLA that had a little broke down diner next door that made an amazing Mufaletta. A few Coronas and you had yourself a pretty good evening.

I got no pics but I grilled some salmon with a little butter, Worchesterchire for chicken and fish, lemon and rosemary (right off the bush next to the grill).
Damn good and even pretty healthy! With the calories burned from cardio I did today, and the weight lifting, I managed to stay right at 1000 calories! Bikini season will be here soon! I gotta be pretty!

Not sure yet, but I'm serving it on this plate that I found a yard sale this AM. Had to spend a quarter on it.

Salmon is one of my favorites, grilled on a cedar plank.

Again, not a dinner; but I do like a good breakfast!

Onions, green peppers, green chilies, and mushrooms in the pan.

Ham and chorizo sausage join the mix.

Corn and black bean salsa add to the flavor mix!

Omelet mix cooling on paper plate to drain moisture and grease.

Veggie mix and some salsa for topping use.

Omelet mix goes in. The pan had a little butter sauteing some fresh ground black pepper before the eggs were added.

OK, felt I owed a dinner post after posting a breakfast. Stuffed poblano peppers.

Seems this thread is falling off; and I have seen some good food post lately, so let's bring it back to the top.

Dinner the wife presented me with the other day. Yummy!

Yeah, I like eggs as dinner as well as breakfast. :drum:
