Trump didnt owe Giuliani anything. Any agreements Rudy made would have been with the Trump Campaign not Trump.
The campaign DID pay almost all of Rudy's expenses and there was a dispute on what constituted the legal fees, Rudy admitted as much.
Rudy disclosed this information to a bankruptcy board because he decided to fight the charges and they drained the guy dry, and got him disbarred.

Yet you wonder why the others took plea deals?

Your posts look like the talking points of the day from Huffington Post or MSNBC, so this is certainly my last reply to your baseless accusations.

You don't like actually debating the issue when facts are presented. So you're cutting and running?

Again, his people defended him, and he left them to hang.

    Says a lot.

What makes an unspecified and unelected person illegitimate in your mind? Trump is garbage and hopefully is done in American politics. Maybe he can gain some supporters in Russia, or Alabama.

    ?

The biden/harris regime is illegitimate. A product of cheating the system. Installed at an invitation-only ceremony behind a fence guarded by armed troops.

This Nation has tried to endure their idiocy and traitorous BS for four years to hopefully peacefully expel them from their occupied “office” in November 2024 (really January 2025). That’s “We The People” being extremely patient and nice beyond the scope our Founding Fathers would’ve expected.

Biden is a traitorous piece of feces, and Kamela is a cackling idiot who sex-worked her empty-brained body up the ladder.

But we’re just two internet accounts trading opinions, though, right?

Since you obviously voted for the libtard ticket in 2020, I guess we all owe you a “thank you” for making their cheating scam even easier.

Back on topic, have any of you democrat-lovers panic bought any guns or ammo?

Again, you state you don't trust the evidence. So what, you don't trust Trump's own legal team admitting that they were blowing smoke up the peoples' collective butts?

Again, that's the issue here. At no point, has Trump's legal team actually produced anything factual and when push came to shove, they admitted they lied.

As for *2 weeks to stop the spread. Remember, Operation Warp-Speed was Trump's baby and he directed the FDA to skip standard procedures.
"Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence."

Others have given good reasons why Trump's team backed off so I don't need to add anything. I'll just say that, unfortunately, within the last 4-5 years way too many critical issues that were dismissed as "conspiracy theories" have been proven 100% true. And I'm quite certain that one day in the not too distant future, "they" will reluctantly admit, yes, there was "just enough election interference to push Biden over the top, but really, let's let bygones be bygones, it's all ancient history now, can't we all be friends?"

And the covid example I should have used was the "Wuhan lab theory" which was vehemently attacked from day one until... reluctantly "yes but really, let's let bygones be bygones" once again.

    I'm calling bull twinkies.

I guess the brain trust here have never heard of a plea deal. Btw 98% of the time it's a plea deal on every case you see. Media gets to run the Guilty!!!!! headline, while perps get 6 months probation.

Please deals are done when the suspect knows they're screwed, there's a mountain of evidence stacked against them, and they want to suddenly cooperate to get the best possible least time/costs sentence.

That's how it always worked when I had a case and took it to the State Attorney's Office for a warrant.

I'd present case, get my warrant, contact the suspect, and 9 out of 10 times, they'd turn themselves in and plead out to the SAO, because they knew I had 'em dead to rights. Usually, they got PTI and if they stayed out of trouble, it would be nolle prosequi after the terms they pleaded out to.

The few that wouldn't, well, we'd get them eventually on that warrant and it would suck for them.
