The 45 is the size of a 19 you just give up a few rounds. I just fell into 9c more so the 45 just sat around. I had to special order mine for the manual safety. They make 14 round mags for the 45c too.

I own two shields. Gave one to my mom, and the other to my wife. They performed well, but the round count isn't worth the pistol size being almost pocket-able. Especially for how cheap they are, too. Graduated to the 9C. LOL! Manual safeties just don't do well for me with carry.
