Real shame. Fellow will likely end up with a felony conviction at less than 20 yrs of age over not having done anything that is morally wrong. He will likely get a light or suspended sentence, but even that is not a sure thing. I do not see how the judge can plea it down to less so as to remove the felony conviction.

The UFC Engineering Student/gunsmith manufactured four Drop In Auto Sears (1 installed in a AR15 and 3 as loose parts), Under Fed Law that's four machineguns! The bumpstock/device Charge without any other listed evidence would appear to be a duplicate Charge for posession of the same item due to the broad definition provided in the FL Bumpstock/device Law. It looks like stacking the deck to get a Conviction under the Bumpstock/Device Law.

More incredible crap from the Elected dems. The proposed Bill states the can seize tthe offending "gun" per another Statute that says they can seize all firearms and weapons on the premises! It doesn't require a "gun" to actually be present with the minor! Any picture would include video or E-Game. Parents penalized with community service are mandated to do it in a emergency room or trama center for expossure to injuries from violence and "gunshots"!

It also tags parents on how they store guns. Provides an exemption for little thuggies that get guns as a result of crime. Isn't that nice.
